Three Vee takes a holistic approach to coaching that combines strategic guidance and targeted collaboration. All our coaching retainers combine Coaching Hours and Service Hours.

Coaching Hours

Coaching hours are when we work through the questions that move the business and your leadership forward. This is thinking-partner time: strategy, decisions, accountability, and the occasional reality check. You hold the decisions and your coach sharpens how you reach them. Coaching hours are spent in live, scheduled sessions and are not used for work performed outside the session. Coaching hours typically cover:

  • Strategy and planning sessions

  • Decision support and prioritization

  • Accountability check-ins on goals you set together

  • Reviewing work, pricing, offers, or positioning together

Typically, a coaching session is 90 minutes with 30-minute follow-up session, delivered via video or in-person meeting. 

Service Hours

Service hours are the work that happens on your behalf between sessions. Where coaching builds your thinking, service moves items off your plate. These hours convert decisions into finished pieces. Service hours may cover work such as:

  • Deck, Document, or Worksheet Creation

  • Event Experience Design

  • Learning Experience Design

  • Graphic and Web Design

  • Photography and Videography

  • Copywriting and Copyediting

  • Systems, Workflow, or Template setup

  • Market Research

  • Decision Review
