Chief People Officer
Courtney is a pastor, spiritual director, educator, and coach who has spent more than two decades helping people find freedom in their everyday lives . She earned both her MDiv and DMin at Fuller Theological Seminary.
Her ministry career spans Marin Covenant Church, University Presbyterian Church in Seattle, and First Presbyterian Church in Berkeley. Today she serves as Pastor of Missional Alignment at the historic First Presbyterian Church, Houston.
She brings an integrated approach to her coaching, working across nonprofit and for-profit organizations to equip leaders with tools that hold up in the boardroom and at the kitchen table.
Her grown daughters, Emma and Camille, have dubbed her "word girl" and "RevDocMom." She spends her best days hiking, cycling, or reading in the sun.

Dr. Emma Vendetta
Chief Everything Officer
Emma is a human-centered design and innovation expert who leverages research-based techniques to help individuals and organizations tackle their greatest challenges. She earned doctorates in Learning Design and in Critical Media Studies from Vanderbilt University.
Her 12 years of experience as a multi-hyphenate designer has spanned the nonprofit sector (working with local museums to global organizations like International Justice Mission) and the corporate world alike. Her passion for leveraging technology to deepen human connection is what led her to her current role at Three Vee’s helm, where she gets to coach business owners, teach adult education courses, and build bespoke learning programs for clients.
Emma can typically be found with a musical instrument in her hand and her dog Potato by her side.
Camille Vendetta
Chief Creative Officer
Camille is a visual storyteller and Jane of all trades who can turn any gathering into a memorable event. She heads 3V Events, designing and delivering luxury experiences for all occasions. With a decade of experience in both corporate and private events, her hospitality is unmatched. Although she specialize in weddings, she has traveled the world planning and executing everything from ship releases to private concerts for brands such as Princess Cruises, Porsche, Tag Heuer, and BBC’s Good Food — as well as others we won’t name because we love a good NDA.
Camille is thrilled to get back to her roots and build out a branch of the Three Vee brand under 3V Events, pairing her passion for all things design with her love of the Bay Area. When she’s not doing a site visit or meeting with clients, Camille can be found baking scones or hiking the Marin Headlands.
